This is where you can look for answers to problems.

Remember that coverage is very specific, so refer to your plan’s brochure.

The insurance companies we recommend have a reputation for covering what they are supposed to. Often, they can not expedite the processing of bills unless the doctor, or you, has submitted the requested paperwork. The insurance can’t be expected to stay on top of your doctor. That is your responsibility!

Please use GOOGLE CHROME when signing up for your coverage. It is the only browser with which all insurance companies’ websites play well!

First (Most important!)

Don’t panic when you get a bill from a doctor! Most issues arise from not understanding or using a plan properly. We also find that doctors and dentists sometimes fail or “forget” to submit bills to insurance companies. Often, the bill has not been adjusted by your insurance company yet. The insurance company will send an EOB (Explanation of Benefits) to show you how much they will pay and how much you are responsible for. Ultimately, you are responsible for paying the doctor’s bill fully. Therefore, sometimes staying on top of the doctor to submit bills OR subsequent records may be necessary.

To contact the insurance company, use the number on the back of your HEALTH insurance card.
